I have been coaching for 20 years with much of this time being spent developing basketball in Plymouth. I believe there is an abundance of talent in this city and the surrounding area that have the potential to play at the highest level.

I believe coaching is about establishing and maintaining good relationships which allow the exchange of ideas, debates and improvement; both on and off the court. I believe the club can use its training and competition environments to develop young people, allow them to grow and learn transferable skills.
