Busy chaps sponsor PBC Under 16s

Supporters at our recent Under 16s games may have noticed our new warm up tops. The club have been fortunate enough to be supported by a local business, Busy Chaps, in the purchase of these. The new warm up tops allow our players to warm up in comfort and style. With Plymouth Basketball Club running two teams at this age group, who compete in the regional and national South-West leagues, it is vital that they are properly equipped to compete.

Frazer Gall, Busy Chaps owner said “basketball has always been a big part of my life. After almost making it to the England team as a junior myself, I want to be able to help others experience the joys that basketball can bring. When I was young, we had lots of help from a variety of people and business to support the work the club did, so I would like to pay back. It would really mean a lot if someone from Plymouth could take the next step with full representation in a national team jersey at a European Championships!”

Busy Chaps are rated Exeter’s best rated removal company. They understand that moving home is a truly stressful time and are there to lighten the load by providing their customers with a fully insured, reliable and professional removals service at great value.

As a small family business their reputation is extremely important to them, and this means making sure their clients receive the very best care and attention when it comes to moving their valuable property. You can find out more about them on their website https://www.exetermanwithvan.co.uk/

Club Chairman, Steve Spurrier said, “When Frazer approached the club asking if he could help in some way, we jumped at the chance. It’s great that a former junior player of the club recognises what we do for the young players of the city and is now in a position to help and give back.”

Everyone at Plymouth Basketball Club would like to thank Busy Chaps for their support. The club also has a special project that would enhance the opportunities for our players to improve their game but we need help from local businesses to do this. If you, or your business, would like to discuss sponsorship of this project or Plymouth Basketball Club, please contact us at hello@plymouthbasketball.co.uk
