Plymouth Basketball Club is delighted to announce a brand-new partnership with Ocean City College, who have come on board as official sponsors for the 2025/26 season.
Ocean City College is a charitable education provider with a strong community focus, dedicated to ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to learn and succeed regardless of circumstance or disadvantage. Guided by their mission to deliver technically advanced educational services, the College is committed to helping young people become lifelong learners and active contributors to their communities.
Their work extends beyond the classroom, with initiatives that support education and training for 11-19 year olds across Plymouth, including the provision of workshop facilities and practical opportunities to improve life chances in areas of need. By enhancing employment prospects, creating work experience pathways, and tackling the effects of social and economic deprivation, Ocean City College plays a vital role in supporting young people and their families across the city.
This exciting new partnership marks an important step forward for Plymouth Basketball Club, whose junior programme continues to grow year on year. With over 200 players aged 4–18 involved across its squads and community sessions, the club has become a hub for young people to learn, play, and thrive through basketball.
